Make plans to join us at our first meeting of 2021 - the GCPA Annual Meeting and Virtual Forum. The business portion of the annual meeting will include the Board of Directors election, presentation of GCPA's financial report for 2020 and presentation of the budget for 2021.

Our speaker Chris Reeder of Husch Blackwell will present an annual report on the regulatory activities during 2020 at the Public Utility Commission of Texas. Chris has been practicing for 25+ years concentrating in the area of administrative law with an emphasis in matters pertaining to energy and natural resources. He has focused on regulatory litigation and appeals involving a broad range of issues, including compliance and enforcement, commercial disputes, development related matters, and certification. In addition to regulatory matters, he advises clients on power plant development and financing issues and represents power industry clients in commercial litigation. Chris received his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
