Houston December 2014 Luncheon

Please join us in Houston on Monday, December 8 for this two hour extended luncheon featuring our honored guest, Dr. Jesus Serrano Landeros, Commissioner, Mexico's Regulatory Energy Commission (CRE).

Dr. Serrano was nominated to his role as commissioner by President Enrique Pena Nieto and approved by the Mexican Congress in September 2014. Before this, Dr. Serrano gained extensive professional experience in operations and policy in the Electrical Sector and collaborated in the Ministry of Energy as well. In his new position as Commissioner, Dr. Serrano will be focusing on the regulatory arena of the Mexican Electrical sector.
