The EPA's most recent set of air and water quality rules for electric power plants have largely passed muster in the federal courts, and EPA is in the process of coming up with more new air and water quality rules for power plants. Come hear Pam Giblin, who has practiced environmental law since 1970, talk about the new rules and related EPA developments and how power plants in Texas will be affected.
