"Texas Water Legislation: Perspective from Senator Glenn Hegar"

Sen. Glenn Hegar, the youngest member of the Texas Senate and a member of the Senate Natural Resources Committee, will be our speaker for the Houston August luncheon.  Hegar's district runs from west of Houston to Corpus to just east of Austin. He will discuss the water legislation that was passed in the regular session and the upcoming referendum on it.
