Your Vote, Your Voice: GCPA's 2027 Board Election Is Open
Voting is now open for GCPA's 2027 Board of Directors, and we're launching the emPOWERing Loyalty Program to thank members who renew for 2027. This is one of our favorite times of year: the moment we come together to shape GCPA's future and celebrate the members who make this community what it is.
Meet the candidates and cast your ballot
Voting runs through Tuesday, December 15, and new terms begin January 1, 2027. This year's candidates are:
- Brian Lloyd (Incumbent), Vice President, Regulatory Policy, Oncor Electric Delivery
- Bryan Sams, Vice President of Government and Regulatory Affairs, Constellation
- Melissa Trevino, Vice President, State Government Relations, Oxy

Your vote at GCPA
Every member in good standing can vote, including everyone who holds membership through their company's corporate membership. Each company's voting weight is set by its membership level:

There's no need to coordinate within your company. Just vote, and GCPA will take care of the counting. We encourage companies to have as many team members as possible take part.

Members who renew for 2027 by Friday, January 15, 2027, will receive a promo code toward one 2027 GCPA conference registration. Your membership is what makes GCPA work, and this is our way of celebrating it.
