David Kelley is the Sr. Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Southwest Power Pool, a Regional Transmission Organization. He is responsible for ensuring that the overall financial and treasury strategy, planning, and operations are aligned to SPP’s vision and objectives.
David holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, an MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Arkansas. A native Arkansan, he and his wife have three daughters.
