Make plans to join us at one of our largest luncheon gatherings each year with an entertaining and informative review of past and upcoming activity at the Texas PUC.
Our speaker Chris Reeder of Husch Blackwell will present an annual report on the regulatory activities during 2018 at the Public Utility Commission of Texas. Chris has been practicing for 25+ years concentrating in the area of administrative law with an emphasis in matters pertaining to energy and natural resources. He has focused on regulatory litigation and appeals involving a broad range of issues, including compliance and enforcement, commercial disputes, development related matters, and certification. In addition to regulatory matters, he advises clients on power plant development and financing issues and represents power industry clients in commercial litigation. Chris received his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law. (Please note that this luncheon speaker/topic will also be held in Houston at the Downtown Club on January 17th.)
Online registration is now closed. Please contact Donna Foy if you are interested in late registration.
