Non-practicing entities exist not to provide a product or service to customers, but rather to hold intellectual property rights and assert those rights against companies that do. So what if a company offers a product or service that allegedly infringes a non-practicing entity’s patents? Come hear how the energy sector may be changing rapidly and how to prepare for the changing landscape of technology-related litigation.
