A long time energy policy practitioner and advisor, Dan Watkiss will explore what the recent election outcomes will mean to the U.S. energy industries. Who will be the favored recipients of subsidies and receive favorable tax treatments? Will there be any money to give out? What do the results mean for investments in oil, natural gas and power infrastructure and industries dependent on that infrastructure? How will the roles of markets and regulations play out over the next 4 years? Will the lame-duck session focus (at all) on energy issues? Expect a lively dialogue between Dan and our GCPA audience.
