Matt Kuryla of Baker Botts will provide an update on the key EPA approval issues in Texas air quality permitting, review recent court decisions, and discuss possible next steps in this long-running debate.  Agency positions are changing.  Find out Matt's view as to whether this really means that the EPA and TCEQ might find more common ground.
