J. Jolly Hayden is Managing Director for InfraREIT Capital Partners, LLC, an entity which manages first-of-their-kind Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) focused primarily on electric and natural gas transmission and distribution assets. One such REIT is the Electric Infrastructure Alliance of America, which currently owns all the physical assets in Texas currently operated by Sharyland Utilities. Jolly will provide some background and speak about how infrastructure REITS present a new opportunity in providing needed investment in our nation’s infrastructure.
